FAQ

Good questions.

Which areas do you cover?

We're based in Bristol and work across the South West. Not sure if you're in range? Send your postcode with the quote form.

Do you service oil boilers?

Sorry, no. We work on gas appliances only.

How often should my boiler be serviced?

Once a year is the usual recommendation, and most manufacturers require it to keep the warranty valid.

What should I do if I smell gas?

Open doors and windows, don't use electrical switches or naked flames, turn off the gas at the meter if you can, leave the property and call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999.

Need a gas engineer you can trust?
